I think the universe is telling me something. I had posted a few hours earlier about craving my own little writing nook and lo-and-behold- someone on Facebook posted an article about famous authors and their private writing sheds/cottages.

People such as G.B. Shaw, Mark Twain, Sylvia Plath etc., all had their own spaces and they are amazing. I seriously don’t know if I could handle having a writing cabin like that because I’d want to be there all the time. Maybe what I’m really craving is a tiny cottage-type house somewhere kind of like Kate Winslet’s home in “The Holiday.”
I’ve always been super attracted to tiny things (I’d love to get a Smart car to accompany my tiny dog) so naturally this fascination would extend to my home. The only problem with small homes is that they can easily out grown. Ah well. No point in thinking about that right now! As much as I love it, it’s like pulling teeth. Let’s face it, the only thing I’m in danger of outgrowing at the moment are my pants.
